Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online software programsExperience with Thomson Reuters Accounting CS, Fixed Assets CS and UltraTax CS software preferredProficiency with MS Office Suite requiredKey Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple tax engagements to deliver quality tax services for our clients.Prepare and review complex tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, estate, trust, and non-profit).Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance services.Develop, mentor, and train staff in tax department.Research complex tax theory and positions; defend those positions on behalf of the firm and clients.Interface with clients to advise on tax-related issues and planning strategies.Monitor and adapt to ongoing changes in tax laws and regulations.Facilitate communication between clients and firm associates, ensuring the client remains informed of tax implications and strategies.Participate in business development efforts to attract new clients and maintain existing relationships.What We Offer:
