Controllership Senior Associate, Financial Reporting

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and review quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) financial statements filed with the SEC, including support workpapers for internal and external audit reviewSupport other external reporting requirements, such as annual proxy statement, quarterly earnings release, supplemental slides, etc.Participate in XBRL tagging effortsSupport quarterly global balance sheet analytics process, working closely with global business segment leadersOwn certain global corporate accounting processes; record journal entries to reflect current period activityEnsure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirementsAssist with other projects and initiatives on an ad-hoc basis

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with a minimum 1-3 years of experienceCPA required (or CPA in progress)Prior work experience at Big Four or regional accounting firm a plusPrior work experience at one or more SEC registrants with international operations preferredExperience performing accounting/financial reporting disclosure research in Intelligize or similar toolExperience with OneStream or other consolidation tools a plus
