Job Description

MUST HAVES: - Assembly - Small parts - Hand tools

Position Summary: - Responsible for working in a cell testing, building, and packaging electro-mechanical products. - Basic go/no-go testing of circuit board - Wire bonding and RF solder for sub-assemblies - Use visual & written work instructions to add customer-specific components - Package products and stage for shipping. - Notify material handlers of part shortages - Lift 35 lbs

Work Environment

Working in a lean manufacturing, kan-ban, production cell environment. ESD protocol. Team dynamics vary: - Red Team: Traditional PCB builders including board stuffing, hand-add soldering, SMT, and Wave - Orange Team: Very quiet group - Blue Team: Requires flexible personality for rotating teams
