Job Description:
ServiceNow Administration Skills and platform capability
System Configuration:
Perform system configurations and customization within the ServiceNow platform, including creating tables, fields, forms, windows and business rules
Incident and problem Management : Administer and manage the incident Management and Problem Management processes within ServiceNow, ensuring efficient handling of incidents and problem tickets.
Change and Release Management : Oversee the change Management and Release Management processes. Including creating and managing change requests, reviewing change records and coordinating release activities.
User Management : Mange user roles, permissions and access controls within ServiceNow, ensuring appropriate user access levels and data security
Service Catalog and Request Management: Design and maintain the service catalog, including defining and configuring service offerings, request forms, and workflows.
Reporting and Analytics:
Create and generate reports and dashboards within ServiceNow to provide insights and metrics on key performance indicators(KPIs) and service levels.
