Overview:

Under the general supervision of the Director of Children’s Community Based Mental Health Services, the Clinic Supervisor will oversee the Mobile Mental Health Unit and maintain a partial caseload. Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000.00 per year. We offer an additional $5,000 for candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Conduct clinical and case management services off-site in homes, schools and other community-based locations.

Provide clinical supervision to Mobile Mental Health Social Workers.

Oversee the daily operations of the Mobile Mental Health program, including assisting staff with crisis, assisting staff with case management functions and providing on-going support and supervision as needed.

Maintain and submit program data monthly to DCMH.

Participate in developing and implementing a communication and service model in collaboration with the Crisis Prevention Team.

Collaborate with other agencies and funding sources.

Carry a caseload, providing direct services to clients.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

Valid NYS license to practice Social Work - LCSW preferred

A vehicle and valid Driver’s License

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Three years of relevant experience
