Job Description Summary:

Provides Occupational Therapy services including evaluation and treatment for physician-referred or direct access patients. Occupational Therapy services can include ADL training, therapeutic use of activities to develop/restore function; the design, fabrication and application of orthoses and adaptive equipment; and provision of opportunities for self expression and communication.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Required)BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart AssociationAmerican Heart AssociationAmerican Heart Association, LIC - Licensed in Field - State of OhioState of OhioState of Ohio, OT - Occupational Therapist - American Occupational Therapy Assoc.American Occupational Therapy Assoc.American Occupational Therapy Assoc.Bachelor's and/or Occupational Therapy. Licensed in the State of Ohio. New graduates with excellent references. BLS Certification
