SeKON is looking for a Contracts Manager to join our talented and innovative team supporting a global federal telehealth program.

Primary functions and requirements include:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee organizational contract development and management activities.Enforce organizational principles of integrity and compliance.Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained.Support multiple aspects of the proposal process; pricing, price to win strategies, contracts, subcontracts, assumptions, terms and agreements, etc.Develop standards for contracts, including presentation of budget, payment terms, general language, and provisions.Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussions, and obtain senior management input on timelines and deliverables.Draft contractual provisions based on strategy discussions, senior management input, and organizational needs and expectations.Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments.Interface with external and internal customers.Serve as primary organizational contact during contract negotiations.Leads and conducts TAs and NDAs, contract negotiation, and administration of major contracts.Monitor performance for conformance against all past, current, and future contracts.Serve as advisor regarding contractual requirements, risk mitigation, customer specifications and government regulations.Manage and administer company contracts including preparing pricing and contract.Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of terms and conditions.Detect issues related to contract administration and proposals and recommend solutions.May assist in the development and maintenance of contract database.Serve in a variety of ad hoc roles to include, but not limited to proposal writing, pricing, editing, and reviewing.REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology (IT) or a related field preferred or equivalent year of experienceA minimum of 6 years of contract management experience is required.Experience interfacing with technical teams.Thorough knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).Understanding of the business case and an appreciation of financial/analytical issues and profit and loss implications.
