Contracts & Pricing Manager
JTG is currently seeking a Contracts & Pricing Manager to join our headquarters staff.

Responsibilities:
Provide contractual domain expertise in implementation, execution, and administration of JTG prime contracts and subcontracts
Review, draft, and negotiate various types of agreements including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), etc.
Serve as a focal point for all contractual issues, working with internal units in a collaborative manner
Perform subcontract and Purchase Order (PO) administration
Track Teaming Agreements, subcontracts and PO reports, with upcoming TA, subcontract and PO expiration dates, and subcontracting workshares on a monthly basis at minimum
Perform analyses of profitability, subcontractors, and Other Direct Costs (ODC)
Provide consultation and expert advice regarding interpretation of all contracts, and their provisions and/or issues
Maintain contract revisions and improvements of contract policies and procedures
Provide tracking support for contract option periods and rate escalation
Maintain a library of contracts, contract documents, and relevant forms
Lead pricing strategy formulation for responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and take pricing actions to enhance profitability
Manage total pricing procedure, including maintaining and updating pricing history database
Participate in the proposal process, including interpreting applicable requests, regulations and requirements, comparing and evaluating possible courses of action, requesting quotes, perform market research, analyze competitor pricing, and providing other advice as necessary
Represent JTG in communications with Government contract Points of Contact (POCs), including handling complaints or resolving grievances
Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and directives from JTG counsel, such advising internal staff on corporate policies, procedures, approaches, and preferred practices
Basic Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship
Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience managing contracts & pricing in the federal government areas at the expert or manager level
Experience in contract negotiation with customers and subcontractors, including compliance issues and risk mitigation (identifying, analyzing, and communicating the risks throughout the negotiation cycle)
Experience reading, understanding, analyzing, and participating in responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Demonstrated experience with cost proposals, including developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs), performing breakdowns of pricing structure (prepare, structure, and substantiate cost proposals), and identifying strategies while utilizing pricing models
Understand the business case and possess an appreciation of financial & analytical issues, and their profit and loss implications
Exceptional time management and communication skills, and business acumen with a customer-centric attitude
Ability to think analytically and independently, with attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems involving competing priorities
Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel formulas and functions

Professional certifications and/or accreditations
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
