Summary:
The Chief Practice Officer (Integrator) is responsible for harmoniously integrating NAC's major functions, ensuring the organization is running effectively, while managing the day-to-day issues that arise. The CPO is the glue that holds NAC's people, processes, systems, priorities, and strategy of the company together and will work daily with NAC's CEO (Visionary). The CPO runs NAC's day-to-day operations and is responsible for prioritizing and managing processes that empower individuals and groups to vet and integrate new ideas and initiatives. All the while, the CPO will maintain alignment with the firm's overall strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be a collaborator who communicates directly with the CEO, Department Leaders, and other firm leaders to instill a cohesive vision for the firm ensuring that all parties are working in concert to achieve NAC's strategic goals.
Requirements
Essential Functions:
• Collaborates with CEO/Visionary to prioritize and translate vision into functional plans for NAC.
• Leads, manages and holds the Department Leadership Team accountable for achieving agreed upon commitments.
• Work with Department Leadership Team to remove hurdles inhibiting execution of strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate work between various parties to ensure unity and seamless implementation of initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of NAC leaderships goals and objectives.
• Ensures that the entire organization is following and adhering to NAC's core processes and operating systems with consistency.
• Demonstrates effective management skills.
• Is comfortable with conflict and able to resolve issues effectively, calling out the problems and solving problems in a practical and healthy manner.
• Ensures the Department Leadership is healthy, functional and cohesive.
• Demonstrates relentless obsession with values alignment, focus, simplicity and clarity.
• Prioritize multiple initiatives understanding which are important to undertake and which will wait.
• Provide guidance on how NAC's strategic plan is being implemented to continually propel the firm forward.
• Lead execution of NAC's strategic plan.
• Provide team leadership to build unity within the Department Leadership Team.
• Navigate healthy tensions that may exist between various NAC groups and individuals.

• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage the diverse aspects of the Firm's practice.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an EOS Integrator or similar role, with a deep understanding of the EOS system
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex challenges
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings and workshops
• Results-oriented, with a strong track record of successfully implementing and integrating EOS within an organization
Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree required; Master of Business Administration preferred
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in A/E industry - Management role preferred
Work Environment:
• This position operates in a professional open office environment with low to moderate noise levels including collaborative work areas for team meetings. Each office provides collaborative work areas and shared resources such as printing/scanning and a café for dining. Building construction sites may include varying temperatures, wind, dust, and noise levels and may include hazardous and dirty conditions
Physical Demands:
• Hand/Wrist/Finger dexterity for 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
Position Type/Hours expected to work:
• This is a full-time position with a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week
Travel:
• Occasional travel as needed.
