POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for imaging of loan files for various departments into the Nautilus system. Also responsible for mailroom duties and warehouse file maintenance.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSPrepares and images loan files for consumer and mortgage. Indexes the imaged documents and ensures the accuracy of the customer information.Verifies that the imaged documents are indexed correctly. Prepares supported documents for retention.Files all legal documents and ensures they are filed properly in the file room.Re-indexes imaged documents due to conversions, enhancements or change of loan status.Updates logs in Excel for productivity measurement.Updates follow up reports or other productivity tracking reports as needed.Responsible for mailroom pickup and distribution; including logging packages.Responsible for supply ordering duties for multiple cost centers.Assist in prepping collateral perfection documents.Assist in closed loan process including prepping collateral releases.Fills and labels file boxes for the warehouse and maintains file location and retention log.Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs all other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
One (1) to three (3) years of related experience preferred.Prior data entry or clerical experience preferred.Prior general office experience helpful; including experience in sorting and prepping files to image, filing, data entry and answering phones.Knowledge of loan documents.Knowledge of document imaging and document retrieval from an electronic system, (e.g., Nautilus) preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word essential.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Dependable, detailed oriented and a team player.Great customer service and communication skills.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma/GED required. One (1) - three (3) years college preferred.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.
