Job Description
One of Insight Global's clients is seeking an Personal Assistant to be the right hand to a Co-Owner of the company; the strategic partner that will help assist this individual with managing their business and life. This is a highly visible position within the organization, working with the executive leadership team, shareholders, advisory board, and external counterparts. The role requires a highly organized, detailed-oriented, exceptional communicator, high performer, and someone who can handle a high volume of work with a sense of urgency, without letting quality slip. Potentially converting at $140,000 a year.

8-10 years of executive administrative duties for a high-profile executive
Exceptional scheduling experience
A successful track record of working effectively and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft 365 proficiency
Ability to handle 'strong' personalities null
