Job Title: Personal Assistant/Property Management Assistant

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a seasoned, highly reliable, hands-on Personal Assistant/Real Estate Assistant to join their team. This multifaceted role combines real estate support with personal assistant responsibilities, offering a dynamic work environment where no task is too big or small. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, organized, and proactive individual with a positive attitude, capable of juggling various responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with leasing and property management tasks, coordinating with onsite property managers to ensure smooth operations of apartment buildings.
- Handle basic bookkeeping and financial tasks, such as tracking expenses and assisting with rental income records. (QuickBooks experience is a plus!)
- Oversee remodeling projects, coordinating with contractors, obtaining bids, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
- Manage contracts and lease agreements, ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Provide personal assistance, which may include managing appointments, scheduling, travel arrangements, and other personal tasks.
- Help with everyday household tasks, including ordering groceries, household supplies, and other necessary items
- Act as a point of contact for various service providers, vendors, and other professionals, ensuring timely and quality service.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a personal assistant, real estate assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Strong knowledge or willingness to learn about real estate management, leasing, and basic property-related tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and managing projects from start to finish.
- Proficiency with basic bookkeeping and financial tasks; familiarity with real estate software and tools is a plus.
