Executive Assistant – Private Equity

Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, communications, and day-to-day operations
- Serve as a liaison with external clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate special projects and conduct research as needed
- Handle a high volume of calls, emails, and shifting priorities
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of executive support experience; financial services background preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and ability to work independently
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
