We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and household management, and requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.ResponsibilitiesCalendar and household management, including scheduling meetings and appointments while ensuring optimal time managementManage daily errands between home (Beverly Hills) and office (Westwood)Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents such as bills and expensesAssist in event and travel planning, coordinating logistics for meetings, conferences, and other engagementsQualificationsHighly proactive/intuitiveExperience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentialityExpected hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00pm PST, with occasional assistance on weekends for misc errands and house management while away on travel.The expected salary range for this role is $1,000-$1,200 per week.
