Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in pediatric therapy, with a strong background in evaluating and treating children with a wide range of developmental delays, disabilities, and disorders. We also welcome new graduates to apply and take advantage of our mentorship program!

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each child's motor skills, sensory processing abilities, and activities of daily living.

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each child and their family.

Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care abilities, and overall functional independence.

Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care.

Provide education and support to families regarding therapeutic strategies, home exercises, and adaptive equipment.

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy.

Current state OT license or eligibility for license as an Occupational Therapist.

1+ years of clinical experience in outpatient pediatric occupational therapy is preferred.

Strong clinical skills in evaluating and treating children with various diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, and developmental delays.

Proficiency in administering standardized assessments and outcome measures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of individuals.

Dedication to providing family-centered care and advocating for the needs of children and their families.
