Our mission is to be a source of hope and discovery for families with children who face the challenges of neurodiversity. This is a part-time building to full-time position with opportunities to advance. Pay rate is based on experience and bonuses given for productivity.

We treat children from birth to 18 years old with conditions such as:

Qualifications:

  • Registered OT with a degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Familiarity with pediatric assessment tools for evaluating infants and children.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric clients.
  • Evaluate and monitor children's progress in areas such as gross/fine motor skills, perceptual, and self-help development.
  • Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports.
  • Supervision of assistants and techs.

Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience necessary
  • Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
  • Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience using pediatric assessment tools.
  • Ability to lift and transfer children (minimum of 25 lbs.).
  • Participate in floor activities with children.
  • Pediatric experience required.
  • Experience with sensory integration techniques and primitive reflex integration are required.
  • Experience with feeding therapy and yoga are a plus.
