This key role involves working closely with Engineers to manage and update project documentation, including scope of work, permits, and reports.Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and update project documentationPrepare documents for bidsTrack pay estimates and project budgetsHandle paperwork for fundingEdit letters and write reportsUpdate project details as provided by engineersAnswer phones and perform other administrative duties

Requirements

Experience in document coordination within an engineering environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to handle administrative tasks and phone callsAttention to detail and the ability to take instructions and make changes promptly
