The role of Chief Technology Officer will bestrategically accountable foridentifyingandleveraginginfrastructure technology solutions to enable the business to meet its goalsacross the healthcare enterprise, at an acceptable cost, and to deliver new systems at the right pace.

Infrastructure Operations and EngineeringInfrastructure ManagementData Center and IT OperationsEnd User ComputingNetwork and Voice ServicesDatabase AdministrationInfrastructure Portfolio ManagementBiomedical Engineering

Duties of the Chief Technology Officer may include but are not limited to the following:

Develops and leads a high performing team of leaders, who manages a diverse team of80+ professionals within Infrastructure and Operations.Providesstrategic direction and oversight forHealthcareInfrastructure Solutions Planning; responsible for the development and execution of a multi-year enterprise wide infrastructure strategy and roadmap; platform and business unit technology solutioning and planningmethodologyand the allocation of resources.This leader directs the development of the platform roadmap and drives the Infrastructure & Operations department to embrace next generation technology in support of the strategic objectivesDevelops the annual budget for Infrastructure & Operationsfor the Health Systemto ensure it is consistent with overall strategicobjectivesof technology and the enterprise and is aligned totheITstrategicplan.Directs the development of the Health Systemand Clinically Integrated Network Infrastructure & Operations strategy andprovidesexecutive participation in strategic partner relationship management.Commits to growing and transforming the workforce culture, applies their experience in developing new capabilities while serving as an effective coach and developer of talent.Providesoverall leadership,directionand project management to ensure cost effective design, development, engineering, integration, implementation, testing and maintenance of new infrastructure computing architecture systems in support of businessobjectivesand requirements.Establish strategic relationships with key vendors to drive business value, streamline processes, improve servicedeliveryand reduce costs.Foster a culture of continuous improvement to improve quality, efficiency and standards across IT infrastructure and services.Accountable for leading, managing and coaching the next level of IT leadership.Develop engineering/technical strategy, associatedKPIdashboards, and continuously improve methods,systemsand processes in a complex and rapidly changing environment to improve customer satisfaction and ensure continuous processes improvement for the Health Systemand Clinically Integrated Network.Ensuresystem is built for disaster situationsat an acceptable cost.Oversees the Biomedical EngineeringDepartmentand the medical device integration with the infrastructure to allow for streamlined efficient patient care.

Qualifications:Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,MISor related field.Minimum of 15+ years of broad-based technology and engineering experience within health solutions or medical devices technologies with increasing levels of responsibilityCandidates must be organizationally and culturally agile with the ability to work in a large, complex, matrix organizationCandidates will have a demonstrated ability to apply an analytical, process-driven approach to includeappropriate KPI's,in order tobe proactive in all technical matters globallyStrongacumenwith the ability to lead changeIntensely collaborative and able to lead through influenceDemonstrated experience in leading teams and developing talent within a large organization.Demonstrated experience in interacting with executives across a business.Demonstrated experience in leading implementation of a strategic computing model change in infrastructure and operations.

Preferred Qualifications:
