Job Description:
The
Property Manager
will oversee the daily operations and management of Outpatient Medical Building portfolio. Key areas of responsibility include tenant relations, property operations, lease and contract administration and financial management and analysis. The Property Manager will conduct all property activities in coordination with General Manager/Regional Manager and Owner.
Responsibilities:Direct and supervise vendors and monitor performance in accordance with the Company and Owners' policiesSupport the planning, budgeting and control of operating expendituresPrepare (or assist in the preparation of) annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts and monthly financial statementsActively participate in accounts payable and accounts receivable processConduct regular building inspections as assignedPrepare bid specifications, request proposals, and evaluate bids for work being conducted at the property by external contractorsSupervise tenant move-ins and move-outsMaintain service agreements and assure tenant and vendor certificates of insurance meet all requirementsParticipate with General Manager on periodic market toursAssure life safety programs are in place and meet all company guidelines and legal requirements for tenants and employees of propertiesMaintain the property tenant handbooks and emergency procedures and review with each new tenantOther duties and special projects as assignedQualifications:
High School Degree or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree in related field preferredMinimum of 3 years commercial property management experienceExperience with Budgeting and CAM Reconciliation and Financial Reporting.Basic knowledge of building mechanical systems and construction managementDemonstrated proficiency in property management accounting softwareBOMI Real Property Administrator or IREM Certified Property Management designation or actively pursuing
