LHH Recruitment Solutions
Associate Attorney
LHH Recruitment Solutions, San Francisco, California, United States, 94199
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a junior associate to join a well-established litigation boutique in Wilmington, Delaware.
The firm handles all corporate litigation, mostly in Chancery Court. The firm is filled with attorneys who came from large law firms who wanted to continue doing high-stakes, sophisticated work without the pressures of biglaw. Theyre always busy and their cases are leanly staffed- typically one partner and one associate- so its a great place to be if you want to be in court and get real, substantive experience.
Delaware bar licensure will be required, and the firm will pay Delaware bar prep and fees for attorneys who are presently licensed in another jurisdiction. Strong academic credentials from a top law school are a must.
There are no official billables, but most associates bill 2000-2100 hours and work a 50/50 hybrid schedule. The firm pays Cravath scale. Benefits include yearly bonus, health insurance, and 401(k) plan.
