Senior Data Engineer - Technology Solutions

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer who is passionate about utilizing data with emerging technologies. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will work collaboratively to design, develop, and implement technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of developers experienced in machine learning, distributed microservices, and full stack systems, utilizing programming languages like Java, Scala, Python, and open-source RDBMS and NoSQL databases. You will also have the chance to collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences.Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, and support technical solutionsWork with a team of experienced developers in machine learning and full stack systemsUtilize programming languages like Java, Scala, Python, and open-source databasesCollaborate with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutionsPerform unit tests and code reviewsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeMinimum 3 years of application development experience (Internship experience does not apply)At least 1 year of experience in big data technologiesPreferred Qualifications:5+ years of application development experience with Python, SQL, Scala, or Java2+ years of experience with a public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)3+ years experience with Distributed data/computing tools2+ year experience working on Real Time data and streaming applications2+ years of experience with NoSQL implementation2+ years of data warehousing experience3+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux including basic commands and Shell Scripting2+ years of experience with Agile engineering practices
