Our company was founded in 1961 and provides high quality services to both individual and business clients using our professional expertise in a wide range of accounting and tax functions. We take pride in providing the personal assistance our clients need and are proud to be their trusted advisors.
Client referrals have fueled our growth in the recent years. We are now looking to add additional staff to help our clients achieve their goals and continue providing valued services through dedication, professionalism and responsiveness.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
· Administrative/technical/secretarial experience preferred
· Communication skills and teamwork required
· Ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and priorities, and work independently and efficiently
· Manage client files, filing and ongoing client database management in multiple software programs
· Computer and office – Word, Excel, Access Database, Adobe Acrobat, greeting clients, phones, copier, scanner, fax machine, postage machine, incoming/outgoing mail, handling electronic documents through secure firm portal
Job Type: Full-time:
· Pay rate based on experience: $18-$20 per hour / $27.00-$30.00 per hour overtime rate
· $37,440 - $41,600 per year
· Saturday hours during tax season (overtime)
· Bonuses earned based on performance
