About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Executive Director of Portfolio Optimization and Capital Routines (Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant) to support the Client Strategy & Capital Management (CSCM) team within the Commercial Bank (CB). This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that will partner with key stakeholders and leaders to drive improved capital returns across the CB portfolio.
In this role, you will:
Act as a business execution advisor to leadership in order to drive improved capital returns and profitability initiatives, develop and execute project plans and deliver presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
Lead the analysis, strategy and resolution of moderately complex issues related to capital return, pricing and profitability
Drive the execution of a variety of initiatives that may include analyzing product and business returns, streamlining processes and developing and supporting business strategy
Build relationships and partnerships across the enterprise to facilitate decision making and influence outcomes
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the business
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Banking or lending experience, with an understanding of banking products, pricing strategy and considerations, and return on capital concepts to evaluate relationship and product profitability.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including: Word, and PowerPoint, and PowerBI
Advanced Excel skills with ability to work with large data sets and perform data analysis
Experience leading cross platform projects or initiatives including developing scope and strategy, driving diligence phase and actively leading and being a part of execution.
Ability to summarize Information findings and create different styles of presentations tailored to the intended audience and partner closely with business to influence outcomes
Strong partnership and influencing skills, proactive and operates with a sense of urgency
