Jacksonville, FLOverviewThe Group Audit (GA) function is a professional, business focused, proactive risk-based global audit team that operates with transparency, integrity, and independence, and assists the Bank's business and infrastructure areas to identify key control weaknesses. You will work with staff and management within GA to deliver regional and/or global finding validations, targeted reviews, and audits. You will become an integral member of the Group Audit Chief financial officer (CFO) team who are responsible for global coverage of CFO (Finance and Treasury), in addition to the Credit Risk Office functions of Liquidity Risk Management and Valuation Control. The current team is comprised of approx. 50 Full-time equivalent (FTE's) based in 10 locations (London, Frankfurt, Jacksonville, New York, Singapore, Bonn, Milan, Manila, Mumbai and Pune) with a Principal Audit Manager based in 5 of these.What We Offer YouA diverse and inclusive environment that embraces change, innovation, and collaboration

What You'll DoSupport audits covering the Chief Financial Office (accounting and liquidity) functions, evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls relating to the underlying risks
Plan and execute audit fieldwork in line with the agreed audit approach e.g., document process flows, identify key risks, test key controls to determine whether they are properly designed and operating effectively, and document work in accordance with divisional standards
Communicates openly with divisional management and the internal stakeholders; keeps them informed of potential issues and escalate problems/delays accordingly
Perform business monitoring and risk assessments enabling the prioritization of audit delivery
Partner with other teams during audit engagement to guarantee an integrated approach
Takes ownership for own career management, seeking opportunities for continuous development of personal capability and improved performance contribution
Skills You'll NeedMasters/Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university (or equivalent) or equivalent work experience
Professional / industry recognized accountancy qualifications e.g. CPA, ACA or CIMA not required but preferred
Basic knowledge of internal auditing standards and concepts
A knowledge of banking activities is preferred, including capital market products and their accounting (IFRS, USGAAP, HGB) and regulatory reporting requirements
Excellent written/verbal communication skills - communicates with clarity, both orally and in writing, in a logical order and structured approach
