As the Clinical Research Supervisor, you'll play a key rolein crafting and ensuring adherence to clinical study protocols involving human subjects.You'll oversee and address operational facets of clinical studies or trials incollaboration with project teams, following standard operating procedures, goodclinical practice, and regulatory guidelines. You may also be responsible forfinances, clinical operations, and the selection of sites and vendors.Salaryoffers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to,qualifications, experience, and equity. The full annual salary range for thisposition is: $83,800.00- $179,400.00.Qualifications
Required:Bachelor's degree in related area.Working knowledge of clinical or laboratory research, clinicaltrial recruitment, eligibility, protocol adherence, quality data submission andadverse event reporting.Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, prioritizeprojects and meet the demands of a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Adaptable to quickly changing priorities.Demonstrated skills in employee supervision and HR administration.Demonstrated experience in training others, particularly in the field ofresearch.Critical thinking skills to evaluate issues and identify apotential solution.Clear and concise communicator; good verbal and writtencommunication skills; both.Good interpersonal skills, including but not limited toproblem-solving, teamwork development, leadership, mentorship. Interpersonalskills to effectively motivate others. Works well with others to achieve commongoals. Ability to cultivate relationships with multiple stakeholders at variouslevels of administration.Ability to perform all commonly applicable functions in wordprocessing and spreadsheet software. Effectively uses campus' clinicalinformation and documentation application programs. Proven ability utilizingclinical trial management systems.
