Weare seeking an experienced Hospitalist Section Administrator to join our team!This role involves managing or performing the administrative services ormanaging the full general operations of an academic or non-academicorganization(s). Administrative services include activities in finance andhuman resources and may also include IT, facilities, or student services.General management activities include long and short-range strategic planningin determining the mission and directing all activities of multi-disciplinarydepartments through subordinate management staff.UCLA Healthannual salary range for this position is $83,800.00 - $179,400.00. Please note that the department's target annual payrange is $83,800.00 - $126,908.64.Qualifications
Required:Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience /trainingSolid knowledge of the organization's processes, protocols andprocedures with a focus on budget, account and fund management and / orpersonnel management within labor contract(s) and personnel policySolid knowledge of common organization-specific and other computerapplication programsSolid interpersonal skills including verbal and writtencommunication, active listening, critical thinking, persuasiveness, advising,and counseling to effectively motivate others.Solid skills to quickly evaluate complex issues and identifyresolutions.Solid organizational and customer service skills to effectivelymanage multiple priorities.Solid knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques;human resources and risk management planning; accounting and payrollDemonstrated skills in employee supervision and HR administration.
