Yourresponsibilities will include:Development and management ofdatabases that support efficient workflow and adhere to the specificationsof regulatory agenciesProvides data support todata-driven performance improvement projects within UCLA Health system.Prepare reports and Tableaudashboards and presents findings to health system leaders and teams.Manage data-driven projects andassists with the identification of critical issues and development ofsolutions using the PDCA and Lean methodologies.Work effectively with minimumsupervision as part of a team and work productively with the departmentstaff while assuring the maximum use of technology to promote efficientwork systems

REQUIRED:BS degree in statistics,Business, computer science, mathematics, or quantitative analysis relatedfield or equivalent experienceAdvance skill in Python,Tableau, SQL, R, Excel, SPSS, and PowerPointHave 2+ experience in ClinicalData Analytics, Statistics, and Quality MeasuresHave 3+ experience in advanceanalytical and quantitative skillsStrong critical thinking andproblem-solving skillsProject managementskillsExcellent understanding of theindustry-specific issues, regulatory requirements, and current healthcareindustryMust have the ability to workin a fast-paced and creative environmentAbility to think"outside-the-box" and be creative to accomplish departmental goalsAbility to prioritize work andremain detail orientedAbility to lead System widecomplex projectsExcellent oral and writtencommunication skills
