You will provide
advanced data and analytical support to UCLA Health System. Your
responsibilities will include:
Development and management of databases that support efficient workflow and adhere to the specifications of regulatory agencies
Provides data support to data-driven performance improvement projects within UCLA Health system.
Prepare reports and Tableau dashboards and presents findings to health system leaders and teams.
Manage data-driven projects and assists with the identification of critical issues and development of solutions using the PDCA and Lean methodologies.
Work effectively with minimum supervision as part of a team and work productively with the department staff while assuring the maximum use of technology to promote efficient work systems

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm (Flexible Hybrid)
Annual Salary Range:
$83,800.00 - $179,400.00
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
BS degree in statistics, Business, computer science, mathematics, or quantitative analysis related field or equivalent experience
Advance skill in Python, Tableau, SQL, R, Excel, SPSS, and PowerPoint
Have 2+ experience in Clinical Data Analytics, Statistics, and Quality Measures
Have 3+ experience in advance analytical and quantitative skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Project management skills
Excellent understanding of the industry-specific issues, regulatory requirements, and current healthcare industry
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment
Ability to think 'outside-the-box' and be creative to accomplish departmental goals
Ability to prioritize work and remain detail oriented
Ability to lead System wide complex projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
PREFERRED:
MBA or MS in quantitative analytical fields
3+ year in Python, SQL, and Tableau experience
3+ year experience in healthcare industry
1+ year experience in data science (AI/ML), data management and data analysis
1+ year experience in project management
