Required:Bachelor's degree inrelated area and / or equivalent experience / training.Thorough knowledge ofUniversity rules and regulations, processes, protocols and procedures forbudget, accounting and fund management, and / or personnel management.Interpersonal skillsincluding verbal and written communication, active listening, criticalthinking, persuasiveness, advising and counseling skills.Knowledge of a varietyof administrative operational activities such as event planning, basicfundraising processes risk management planning, website design, accounting andpayroll, and contracts and grants regulations and guidelines.Solid knowledge ofcommon University-specific computer application programs.Ability to usediscretion and maintain confidentiality.Strong skills inshort-term planning, analysis, problem-solving, and customer service.Thorough knowledge offinancial analysis and reporting techniques, and / or human resources policiesand procedures for staff and academic employees.
