Do you have a passion for Project Procurement?
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for Capital Projects executed by our Project Delivery organization. The Project Procurement Manager is charged with the efficient and effective material control of the project equipment and materials from planning through sourcing, expediting, inspection, transport, and receipt. Measures of success are buying below budget and delivering on schedule to the required quality.
This position manages supplier relationships to ensure alignment with Project Strategy and goals and, challenges technical specifications, commercial practices, operating practices, and business processes with a focus on driving cost-effective solutions.

Plan and execute Capital Procurement and Capital Procurement budget.
Develop Project Procurement strategy and Project execution.
Develop competitive sourcing strategies.
Negotiate purchase orders.
Drive cost effective solutions.
Manage Supplier relationships.
Compile and maintain Project Material Registry.
Run and analyze material status reports.
Resolve performance issues.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Business Management or in a technical field.5 -10 years of work experience in a Technical, Engineering, Commercial or Project environment.Experience in issuing and managing execution of requisitions and purchase orders for materials and equipment.Accreditation from Supply Chain industry organization (e.g., CPSM)Knowledge of commercial purchasing procedures and practices, including aspects of negotiation and contract law.Familiar with SAP and SmartPlant.Industrial Gas industry experience.Availability to travel - 10% mainly in North America.
