In this role you will be able to showcase your organization skills and ability to quickly shift priorities to help the Talent Acquisition Specialist bring talented individuals into the organization. You will interact with both internal customers and candidates on an ongoing basis to provide support and direction during the recruiting and offer stages of the TA process. Check out some of our benefits below!Affordable Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (day 1 of employment)401k with 100% vested company core and matchPaid Vacation, holidays + sick timePaid Parental leave (Up to 8 weeks for both parents)Backup Child and Adult Care benefitAdoption assistanceFlexible spending accounts (medical, dependent daycare)Life Insurance (AD&D- Paid for by Air Products), Supplemental AD&DLegal Plan & Identity theft coverageEAP (Employee Assistance Program)Many more supplemental benefits availableKey Job Responsibilities:Reviewing job requisitions for completeness and appropriateness.Entering new requisitions into the applicant tracking system and handling information for all positions as the hiring process progresses.Interacting regularly with current employees and managers along with external job candidates.Coordinating phone interviews as needed.Coordinating logistics and interview schedule/visits.Ensuring candidate pre-employment requirements such as background checks and offer letters are met.Working in conjunction with the New Hire Onboarding Coordinator to ensure a smooth transition for the new hire.In addition, this position provides a variety of other responsibilities including, meeting requests, travel arrangements, and project support for the Talent Acquisition Specialist.Minimum Hiring Requirements:High School diploma or GED required.Proficient with software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Workday applicant tracking systems.SAP/HR experience preferred along with experience with Share Site administration.Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.Adaptability and flexibility with sound time management and organization skills.Proven ability to work in a high-volume work environment with changing priorities.DOT industry knowledge preferred.Join Air Products, where we proudly value the skills, dedication, and leadership that veterans bring to the table.
