As an Assembly Tech, you will work on electrical and mechanical assembly tasks. This is for someone passionate about producing high-quality products and who enjoys working hands-on in a fast-paced environment. Known for being a technical lead or subject matter expert amongst your peers.

What you'll do:

Mechanical Assembly: Fit, align, and secure parts using appropriate tools and methods.Electrical Assembly: Assemble electrical components, including wiring, soldering, and cable connections.Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.Quality Assurance: Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.Tool Usage: Use hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, soldering irons, and crimping tools.Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including assembly logs, quality checklists, and material usage.Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment.Team: Collab with team members/departments to ensure efficient production and identify electrical faults.What success looks like:Efficiently performing both basic mechanical and electrical assembly tasks.Following assembly instructions and safety procedures.Familiarizing yourself with company products, tools, and equipment.Demonstrating the ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Resolving assembly issues while meeting quality and production targets.Experience needed:

Typically 2 years of experience in mechanical and electrical assembly or a related field.H.S. diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a related field is preferred.Basic understanding of electrical principles and wiring techniques.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.What you bring:

Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.Attention to detail and ability to perform precise and accurate work.Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work for extended periods.
