What You'll Work On
1st Responders to Emerging Issues(EI) across the Manufacturing QA network.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with various departments, including R&D, Quality Assurance, Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Affairs, to gather insights and data regarding emerging issues.
Identifies and agrees cross functional teams.
Facilitate communication between internal teams to ensure a unified approach to issue resolution.
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop project plans to address identified issues, outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and responsibilities.
Lead project teams through the execution of plans, ensuring that milestones are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on emerging issues and ongoing projects.
Gather feedback from stakeholders to inform decision-making processes.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
Ensure all technical reports, studies, are of a high standard that does not require any rewrite.
Change Management:
Oversight of change management efforts to implement corrective actions or modifications to products, processes, or systems in response to emerging issues across the manufacturing QA network.
Ensure that changes are effectively communicated across the network
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and systems to prevent future emerging issues.
Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance organizational resilience.
Crisis Management:
Develop and implement crisis management plans for critical emerging issues that may pose significant risks.
Coordinate rapid response efforts to address urgent issues that may impact patient safety or regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
University degree in STEM or Business
5+ years' experience in similar role

The base pay for this position is $95,000.00 – $190,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
