Job Description:
To evaluate, treat and/or prevent disability in the home setting using professionally approved assessment and therapeutic skills and modalities in accordance with the scope of practice for a licensed Occupational Therapist in New York State.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy. One (1) year experience in Occupational Therapy. Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in NYS. Valid NYS drivers license. Verbal ability necessary to communicate with patients and others. Written communication abilities, to be able to prepare accurate, concise and meaningful reports. Able to delegate to Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
