Who We AreRFK Community Alliance is a therapeutic day school that provides educational and clinical services to students with diverse social emotional, behavioral, mental health, and learning disabilities. Our educational and related services support students to reach milestones such as graduation, the transition to post-secondary educational or vocational opportunities, or a return to their local school district. We are an experienced collegial group with diverse skills and are looking for an innovative, compassionate behavioral health professional to join the team.
As a member of the RFK Community Alliance Clinician team, you willProvide school-based counseling as outlined in student IEP.Participate in developing and monitoring school counseling goals and objectives.Gather data for clinical psychosocial reports.Engage regularly with families and provide family consultation.Cultivate strong relationships and maintain collaboration with internal and external team members.Assist with crisis intervention.
Who You Are
You are creative, and energetic and want to make a difference. Do you have your master's degree in Social Work? You are looking to use your experience and skills in a collaborative group setting. Specific qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, School Counseling or related field, licensing preferred
Shift
Full-Time: 40 hours/week, 8:00am - 4:00pm

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive
This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
