Who We Seek
The Education Supervisor will provide oversight and support for the teaching assistants and will coordinate the daily management of student arrival and dismissal, student issues, and oversight of student data and documentation for the school day.
ResponsibilitiesParticipates and assists in the development of incentives and support plans for students within the assigned school building.Manages the daily arrival of day students. Records and maintains accurate attendance records and communicates daily attendance to the administrative assistant. Oversees morning arrival for day students and staff deployment for supervision of the morning transitions.Oversees dismissal and bus transitions for day students. Assesses safety and transportation issues and reports incidents/concerns to the Assistant Director of Education.Ensures that the educational environment is safe and clean and is maintained in a professional manner.Ensures that all incident reports for students are completed and reported to clinicians and administrators.Attend training, lectures, and courses as indicated as part of professional development. Receives a minimum of 24 hours of training a year.
Who You AreYou are someone who leads with compassion and who values collaboration, professionalism, and teamwork. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field and one year of supervisory experience.

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive
This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
