DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete substance abuse assessments for all clientsIntegrate a variety of treatment modalities and clinical interactionsFacilitate dual diagnosis treatment group on as needed basis, focusing on education/motivation, relapse prevention, and evidence based practicesAssesses mental health status, safety and any potential medication contraindicationQUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Master's degree requiredLicensed of board-eligible: LCSW, LICSW, LMHCDemonstrated strong time management and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to anticipate future needed changes or identify problem areas and take effective actionsMust possess excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communicationDemonstrated (basic, intermediate, advanced) experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Access, Publisher and report-writer experience preferredExperience using and knowledge of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) systemMust have current, valid driver's license in state of residence, three (3) years driving experience in the United States, and acceptable driving record
