Overview
As our RN Resident (New Grad) at CHI St. Vincent, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, you'll make the transition from practicing procedures as a student to becoming a professional nurse. You'll build trust with your clinical preceptor and patients as you practice classroom concepts in real-time. Our residency program establishes your position as a reliable resource and helpful supporter of patients and families.
The Fall Residency will start February 2025.

CHI St Vincent Infirmary
is a 600 bed faith-based, non-profit, acute care facility providing quality health care to patients and communities from all over the State of Arkansas. ResponsibilitiesYou're in patient rooms, quickly rotating between immediate needs and check-ins to provide patient care while being monitored by your preceptorOpen to learning more about the business and operational practices in our facilityDevelop patient advocate skills through observance and practiceBuild your nursing skills as you learn to put your education into practice with actual patientsWe are offering a $10,000 Sign On Bonus in addition to relocation to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
Qualifications
Associates Degree In Nursing.Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Arkansas Board of NursingActive Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA)Upload, along with your application submission:The available tracks include: Stepdown/Progressive Care, Medical Surgical: Orthopedics/Inpatient Surgical/OncologyA Professional ResumeCover Letter detailing the area interest (preferred track)Unofficial Transcript with cumulative hours of credit and cumulative GPA.
