Full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)We are looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to provide essential mental health services to individuals and families. In this role, you will help clients navigate their mental health challenges and achieve their personal aspirations. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of emotional and psychological issues while fostering overall well-being. $110,000-$130,000 per year plus full benefitsResponsibilities:Performs a variety of patient care and therapeutic activitiesFormulates programs/groups for treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.Monitors outcomes as a member of the teamParticipates in continuity of care and/or discharge planning. Facilitates advance care planning.Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.Documents patient care activity in institutional electronic healthcare record in accordance with departmental documentation policy.RequirementsQualifications:Master's
degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institutionA ctive
California state license as a
LPCC.Minimum of
2 years
