This position entails conducting thorough assessments, formulating individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to clients and their families. Your expertise will be pivotal in addressing family dynamics and promoting overall well-being in our community.Salary:
$110,000-$130,000 per year, plus full benefitsResponsibilities:Performs a variety of patient care and therapeutic activitiesFormulates programs/groups for treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.Monitors outcomes as a member of the teamParticipates in continuity of care and/or discharge planning. Facilitates advance care planning.Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.Documents patient care activity in institutional electronic healthcare record in accordance with departmental documentation policy.RequirementsQualifications:Master's
degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institutionA ctive
California state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy
(LMFT)Minimum of
2 years
