Here, You will play a key role in implementing and maintaining quality disciplines; lead internal audits, manage document control systems, drive sustainability reporting, record keeping, evaluate process efficiencies, maintain compliance with policies, & spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.Responsibilities:•Stretch the boundaries of process, discipline, and efficiency in quality systems •Demonstrate a complete system approach to process improvement•Meet target specifications for supplier, in process and customer relations •Creating, updating, reviewing, and developing QMS standard operating procedures•Provide technical leadership to implement quality processes including statistics-based variation reduction and control planning•Understand and apply engineering practices for process deviations with investigations, including determining and issuing appropriate Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions with CAPA reviews•Lead quality key performance indicators monitoring and reporting•Analyze process capability data and other quality metrics to ensure that processes are being met•Challenge and develop Epiroc's distribution/supply chain practices to continuously improve efficiencyThe ideal candidate: •Minimum five-years' work experience in Quality Management/ Quality Engineering in an industrial products manufacturing environment•Solid QMS and ISO14001 implementation experience where you have led a cross functional team and created a robust Quality and Environmental program from startup to implementation, including performing third party Quality Auditing •Experience executing project management process (PMP) and lifecycle for new product development activities•Previous experience leading teams of manufacturing and Quality Personnel •Engineering/Quality Management degree.•Solid experience working with, and knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including the ability to navigate through complicated spreadsheets with multiple screens to find data, perform V-lookups, and pivot table •experience •ERP experience preferred - WMS Manhattan SCALE.•Possess outstanding organizational skills with high attention to detail, effective time management and prioritization skills•Commitment to excellence, and driven by results •A positive, flexible, solution-driven attitude where you are passionate about what you do •Great team player and proven ability to influence across functional teams and regions Epiroc is a global productivity partner for mining and construction customers, and accelerates the transformation toward a sustainable society.
