MLR is looking for a dedicated full-time Radiation Therapist to join our client's renowned oncology team at a premier healthcare facility located near El Paso, TX!
Key Responsibilities for Radiation Therapist:Administer precise radiation treatments, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement customized treatment plans.Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment in accordance with safety protocols.Monitor patient progress and manage side effects, providing support and educational materials to patients and their families.Maintain accurate patient records following healthcare regulations.Participate in quality assurance and improvement efforts to enhance patient care.Qualifications for Radiation Therapist:
