We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Systems Architecture Vice President who will play a key role in BNY’s Enterprise Sourcing Office (ESO).

The role is located in Lake Mary, FL and is a hybrid position.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver technology solutions across enterprise systems (Ivalua Source-to-Pay, IHS Markit KY3P, SirionLabs, RSA Archer GRC, ServiceNow GRC)

Manage operational and system support team, responsible for resolving end-user queries, technical issues, and system defects

Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) among technical and business teams; developing test scripts, acceptation criteria, and backout plans

Monitor and collaborate with end users and stakeholders to continually drive improvements to the program's systems and processes

Partner with corporate technology and reporting teams to ensure consistent data and processes to enable effective integration with reporting platforms (Tableau, PowerBI)

Develop system onboarding and migration plans to effectively move processes and functions to new or different enterprise systems

Continually monitor the market for new technology and solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of ESO enterprise systems and processes

To

be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, finance, technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Five to seven years applicable experience preferred.

Knowledge of procurement and governance, risk, compliance (GRC) platforms including RSA Archer, Ivalua, SirionLabs, ServiceNow GRC preferred

Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to engage at all levels within the organization, including senior management, as well as with suppliers.

Highly organized individual, with excellent time management skills and the flexibility to handle multiple projects.
