Position InformationLocations: Binghamton, NY; Ithaca, NY; OR Liberty, NYSalary Range: $76,100 - $95,200Schedule: Office - On SiteRecruiter: Cynthia HarrallJOB SUMMARY:Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, other relationships:This position provides professional, high-quality support and consultation to T&D Electric Distribution in the areas of business planning, process improvement, performance tracking, financial analysis, and planning assistance. This individual demonstrates a high level of analytical competence through monitoring and making recommendations on various electric distribution processes, maintaining complete confidentiality, projecting a positive image, and effectively handling a variety of special assignments.MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the accurate gathering, analysis, and presentation of information in support of T&D Electric Distribution strategic operating plan. Coordinates, reviews, and requests general plant purchases ($1,000 and over) Makes day-to-day decisions based on Company policies and procedures. Provides analytical support to Electric Distribution Operations.Performs all line operations scheduling tasks associated with local division and ensures execution of the defined schedule. Assess the scope of projects and assigns the appropriate crew and skills balance. Develops and tracks business unit financial performance packages and communicates results. Support emergency restoration.Skills and Requirements:Education & Experience Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related work experience, experience may be substituted for education. Related work experience = A minimum of 2 years related experience.Administrative, budgeting, and analytical experience required.

Skills/Abilities:

Extensive knowledge of electric distribution operations.Thorough knowledge of all company policies and procedures pertaining to electric distribution operations.Familiar with Corporate Emergency Restoration Plan.Knowledge of benchmarking and process improvement techniques.
