Job Title: Analyst - Construction & MaintenanceCompany: ROCHESTER GAS & ELEC CORPReports to: Supervisor - Data TechniciansDepartment/Organization: Integrated Planning Scheduling FLocation: NY - Rochester - Scottsville RdThe base salary range for this position is $ 62,964 to $78,705 depending on experience.JOB SUMMARY:Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, and other relationships:Participates in the activities associated with the construction, operation, and maintenance of gas-electric distribution and transmission systems. Assists in the planning and scheduling of new construction work, preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, and training activities. Ensures that the work is completed in accordance with construction standards, following approved policies, procedures, safety rules, and budgets and in a manner that promotes customer goodwill. Administers damage claims and billing, job kitting, work order balancing, material review, compliance with safety rules and regulations, standards of excellence, and service guarantees.MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):1. Assists in the scheduling of work of crews.2. Resolves customer-related issues.3. Oversees construction office and supports budget management.4. Supports emergency restoration.5. Coordinates safety training and inspections.Skills and Requirements

AS degree or equivalent of education and/or 2 years' experience.Background in computer application use in the business environment.Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.Strong Excel. Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook experience and capability.Demonstrate people skills.Able to work in an environment that frequently challenges and changes.SAP experience desiredMust be able to travel from one office to another on occasion.
