This Sr Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions will be managing private and public acquisitions, mergers, join ventures, etc of the business units while coordinating with internal corporate functions.As a Senior Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions, you will be responsible for:Driving all activities related to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects. This includes private or public acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, corporate alliances, and divestitures of existing business units.Executing many aspects of an M&A project, including due diligence, communication with target companies, external advisors, and Baker Hughes executives.Supporting the coordination of corporate functions (legal, technology, human resources, finance, tax, etc.) through all aspects of the M&A process, including origination, letter of intent, due diligence process, and signing final documents.Partnering with key stakeholders for the finalization of the business proposal and presentation to Executive Leadership for approval.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions.Have experience leading a team and managing M&A processes.Have experience working with global accounts/clients.
