We are seeking a part-time administrative support professional to support the International Ministries team. This person will manage general office operations (filing, copying, mailing, expense processing, meeting support, etc.) to more tailored needs related to communications, calendar coordination, ministry materials, and report compilation.

Vineyard Columbus has around 7,000 active members, is committed to being a great friend to our city and is in constant pursuit of building multiethnic communities that model Christlike unity in the midst of also celebrating diversity in both our campus congregations as well as on our staff.
Aside from regular weekend services at our five campuses across Central Ohio, our Cooper Road Campus is also home to our Vineyard Community Center that offers an Early Childhood Center, After-School and Summer Programs, Middle and High School Life Readiness, Sports and Exercise Programs, free Health Clinics, a free Legal Clinic, Immigration Counseling Services, ESL classes and more.
What you'll do:
General Administration - Handle routine support for the daily operations of the International Ministry Support for Global Missions Pastor
- Create, maintain, and improve a variety of materials in support of specific operational functions such as support Missionaries living internationally. short-term mission trip coordination assistance - travel arrangements, collection of funds, scheduling meetings, etc. Events and Ministry Projects - Provide support for unique projects and events including the ESL program and International Ministry trips
Facilitate Communications - Respond to assigned communications. Take actions to track, coordinate, update and make available various resources such as print materials, website updates/social media, bulletin information, presentation resources, and results tracking. Facilitate communication needs by tracking project requirements and deadlines, producing or drafting informative content, and keeping materials stocked. Work across organization to help meet ministry plans and goals.
What you bring:
3 years professional experience in administrative support or equivalent Knowledge of common office software including Microsoft Office and database use Comfort with online software and systems i.e. Canva, LMS preferred Strong writing and editing skills; some experience with layout and design preferred Ability to appropriately handle confidential information Strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills within multi-cultural communities
