Description:This role is open to assist their current Desktop Support individual with increasing workload. They want this individual to manage and maintain all level 1 tasks including asset management, imaging, hardware support, etc., so their internal resource can focus on level 2 and 3 support.Details:Oncourse Home Solutions divested from American Water at the end of 2023, and due to increased ticket volumes, they're looking to add headcount to their Naperville location.Responsibilities on a Day to Day:Imaging computersStaging equipmentWorking in ITSM toolAdding users into Azure ADTaking users out of Azure ADBasic troubleshooting on end users equipmentThis person will also need to manage Asset Management:Inventory assessment and forecastingInventory trackingRetrieval of equipment from departed employeesRecyclingEntering assets into our ITSM asset inventoryMobile phone management and configuration; Apple Business ManagerClean incoming equipment and store it appropriately for future useSkills:Support, Troubleshooting, Windows 10, Desktop, Help desk, Hardware, Office 365Top Skills Details:Support, Troubleshooting, Windows 10, Desktop, Help desk, Hardware, Office 365Additional Skills & Qualifications:Must have at least 6 months of hands-on IT support experience.About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
