As this company grows, they need both deep business process understanding and effective use of technology tools to help us scale. As part of this plan, we are recruiting a Senior Salesforce Administrator based in our Austin, TX office.The position will report to the Manager, Business Applications and work cross-functionally with our global teams in sales, customer service, and marketing as well as internal stakeholders to our Salesforce implementation and associated plugins and tools.Your Challenge

Daily administration and support of Salesforce application including user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.Salesforce Technical Lead for complex multi-department projects across various business applications.Supporting development and management of automated business processes, reporting, data integrity and training of Salesforce.com users.Working with stakeholders to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation and triggers.Ensuring timely delivery of reporting and data needs to each functional team of Salesforce.com users.Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help-related materials.Helping drive adoption of activity management, including tracking high-impact activities.Using Salesforce to link marketing, sales and customer service more closely.Required Skills and Experience

5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.Certified 201 Salesforce Administrator a plus.3+ years of Sales Operations experience.The ability to distill loosely defined problems, identify potential approaches and execute solutions.Proven success in developing, deploying and driving adoption of business processes.Keen understanding of how Salesforce fits into the larger technology landscape.Confident and highly communicative, with excellent business insight and a willingness to challenge others or propose changes.An understanding of sales process and the support needs of a sales organization.Mentoring/Leadership experience a plus.The ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.Strong analytical skills.Strong skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong attention to detail.Strong time management skills.The ability to work with a globally dispersed team.Demonstrated success performing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Proven data analytics expertise and ability to visualize data for consumption.To apply for this job, please submit your resume.
