Projects - Process team , you will...Start in January 2025 or June 2025Go through Rockwell Automation's Engineer in Training (EIT) Program. EIT is an entry-level program with formal classroom training, experiential learning, and work assignments.Gain experience in technical and leadership competencies through classroom training, mentoring, career planning and networking. Additionally, you will have a high level of interaction with Rockwell Automation's leaders.Be exposed to industrial automation technology that is developed within Rockwell Automation's major business segments to support The Connected Enterprise. This may include software for automation, programmable automation controllers, intelligent motor control, machine safety, process control, industrial security, cloud computing, industrial Ethernet, motion control, industrial components, variable-frequency drives, and more.Experience Rockwell Automation products across a variety of industries.Rotational Program OverviewRotation 1:

Dependent on Business NeedYour Responsibilities:Analyze customer requirements to determine the optimal control system solution and determine applicable hardware and software control configuration/architecture.Assist with conceptual hardware systems design, determination of control system strategy to meet customer requirements.Assist with the integration of 3rd party hardware, software, and control systems.Visit 3rd party suppliers and/or panel shops to assess progress, provide technical assistance and carry out inspections.Carry out internal and customer system testing and provide on-site control system commissioning as required.The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.Permanent legal authorization to work in the US is required.
